Training Plans for Half and Full Marathons
Salish Running provides and supports a multi-month training plan for half and full marathons. These plans will include running targets for weekdays and will rely on the weekly Group Runs to get your body prepared for your race. These plans are going to encourage and accommodate cross training and rest.

Training Group Runs
From May -October, Salish Running hosts group runs in Bellingham and around Whatcom County. All levels (runners and walkers) are welcome to commit to a weekly group outing on Saturday mornings. The Group Runs will have a start time, a set route, with target distances clearly identified, and a plan communicated.

Goal Performance Training
When you’ve got a BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) consider individual run coaching. This training depends on the amount of support you’d like to get you to the starting line with confidence AND completing your race feeling well. This coaching can help you scale to a new distance, come back from Club Med (recovering from an injury) or target a specific finish time.
